Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros. Com.
Your vehicle does have struts. The noise, however, could be caused by many different things. I did a little research for you and found that there is a technical service bulletin (TSB) related to a squeak or clunk in the rear when hitting bumps. It is related to the rear stabilizer bar bushings. Here is the TSB.

A squeak, clunk, or rubbing noise coming from the rear of the vehicle when driving over bumps at slow speeds is caused by the rear stabilizer bar bushings.
ACTION:
Replace both rear stabilizer bar bushings (listed in PARTS INFORMATION).
Refer to the Electronic Service Manual, if needed.
Before bushings installation, clean the contact areas with Nissan Brake Cleaner or equivalent cleaner.
When installing, do not use any lubricants.
