2 problems. One with dying and one with speedometer

I can drive for about 10 or 15 min. it will die, after several hours or overnight, it can run for 10 or 15 min and it all starts again. This is the cycle. run, die, wait. run, die wait.\\

The other question is the speedometer doesn't work. It worked for a while would fly all over the meter then drop to 0. Now it just doesn't work at all.
