Carrier bearing replacement

How do i separate the driveshaft to replace carrier bearing? Two piece driveshaft.

On the F-bodies with the two piece shaft GM says to replace the entire unit as they did not design the bearing to be replaced. The easier option is to get a good one piece shaft from a 90-01 Camaro/Firebird with a V8 in it. They are direct interchange and eliminate the center bearing.
