Two part numbers needed for cooling system hoses

Could someone assist with this? Your help will be much appreciated.

I need two part numbers for two hoses of my cooling system. These are the hoses which connect to the interior heaters. Pictures for easy identification are attached.

Good morning,

Those look like heater hoses for your van. It also looks like you have rear heat as well.

I attached the hose on the bottom and they are available in the aftermarket.
