Two doors will not open from the outside?

I have not seen this problem as common. I would remove the door panels and see what has broken, which should be the same on both doors. I have seen tow truck personnel use a slim jim which can damage the internal workings of the door so that might be the cause of the problem. It looks like the door handle is cable operated which could have broken or come undone. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
