Cylinders 2 and 6 misfire?

Read plugs and or coil pack issue. Possibly plug wire. Replaced all of the above. I have no loss of power as I originally did before replacing items. It starts smoothly, runs great at higher speeds, but shakes up to 50 MPH.

If the spark plugs are a different color in # 2 and #6 cylinders, I would do a compression test and if they are okay replace the fuel injectors.

Here is how to remove the fuel injectors to replace them with new units. Also, these engines had a problem with carbon build up on the back of the intake valves which you can check for when removing the fuel rail. If so, this will need to be cleaned by a shop who has the cleaning machine. Check out the images (below).
