1999 s80 seems to run out of gas and then suddenly its normal. does the throttle body work off electronic device. I removed the intake no carbon buildup and nice an clean..Also where is the fuel filter? I can/ find a paper back manual anywhere

Fuel filter is located towards the rear right of the vehicle. The throttle on this vehicle is electronic so it may already be failing. Does the check engine light come on? You may want to have it scanned for codes first and post them on here. It would be better if you can have it scanned at a dealership because the ECM and or ETM codes will pop up on there equipement vs. an aftermarket obd2 scanner? Have tried both ways and find this to be true.
