I changed the bulb on the right headlihht but still doesn't work what could be the problem?

Have you checked fuses? Have you checked to see if there is power to the plug?

Arent the fuses to the headlights to both of them if it was the fuse wouldnt the other headlight not work and wheres the plug?

Many of the vehicles have a separate fuse for high, low, left, right lights. I know for sure you have a separate one for at LEAST high and low. As far as the plug, I am referring to the plug that the bulb plugs into. Many times they have power to them, but no longer make connection to the bulb. I always confirm there is no power to them before moving on.
