Have you checked fuses? Have you checked to see if there is power to the plug?

Many of the vehicles have a separate fuse for high, low, left, right lights. I know for sure you have a separate one for at LEAST high and low. As far as the plug, I am referring to the plug that the bulb plugs into. Many times they have power to them, but no longer make connection to the bulb. I always confirm there is no power to them before moving on.
