my question is electrical problem on a 1999 volvo s80. my instrument panel lights and all guages in instrument panel are all out, as well as fan control for climate control system and seat warmers and power door locks. My headlights and brake lights work as well as power windows are all working . any suggestions ?

First, check the fuses both under the dash and under the hood. If they are all good, check for broken or damaged body grounds. Finally, if all checks good, have the body control module (BCM) tested.
