VEHICLE COME UP WITH CODE ECM-4308 MAJOR LEAK I HAVE HAD THIS VEHICLE SMOKE TESTED TWICE WITH NO PROBLEM FOUND DEALER SAID MAY BE THE HOSE BETWEEN CANISTER AND TANK. ANY IDEAS CANT FIND ANY LEAKS I HAVE CHANGED CAP AND FILLER NECK.

If nothing showed up when smoking the vehicle how are they assuming you still have a prblm with a leaking evap hose? I would suspect a faulty leak detection pump. Replace the leak detection pump and update the ECM software if one is available.
