Yes. my 1999 Volvo s70. My question is. my inside light will not come on, but the fuses is good. need help.

There has to be a break in the ground or the hot wire. Take the panel off behind the light fixture and inspect the wires.

Is it hard to change my Hydraulic Modulator? in my 1999 Volvo s70cause my ABS light stays on?

ABS light staying on does not mean the modulator. Have you retrieved the trouble codes?
