Engine vibrates and idles hard but smoothes out during acceleration

Engine vibrates and it idles kinda funny but smoothes out during acceleration im not a very good mechanic but I think this model car may have some type of rubber bushings on the lower part of the engine because on the passenger side some large piece of rubber was hanging out of something
