1999 Volvo V70 AWD XC car will start and run for a second, I remove key try again and it will start and continue to run

You need to have the immobolizer system checked for communication faults. One repair that may help if you have commuication faults is replacing the terminal pins at the antenna ring and the VGLA conectors.
