When unlocking, the buttons pop up on the doors.

When unlocking, the buttons pop up on the doors but only 3 will open. The drivers door will not open even though the button is up.

The door lock actuator is broken or there is a vacuum / pressure leak (if vacuum / pressure operated).

Does the driver door LOCK when lock is pressed?

We don't have the Polo in North America (USA / Canada).

If you post your VIN# I can look up vehicle specific information.
