1) remove the switch and check if 12v is getting to t he red cable, if not the fuse is bad.
2) if you look at it very well there is a cable that drive the glass up/down if the pusher is out of that cable it will not move also if it is hooked. -On the pusher there is a 10mm bolt, loose and u can move the glass manually.
