why are my windshield wipers, horn and heat not working

Passat V6. turned car off everything worked went to turn it back on and nothing worked. it started the running lights work and if i hold the switch back i have bright lights, but nothing else.

there is a 110 amp fuse at the battery box. check to see if that is blown. also, check the two fuse in the fuse bracket by battery there are two fifty amp fuses as well. also check fuses inside the car.
