At speeds between 60 - 75 there is a whirling noise
especially when accelerating or going uphill and accelerating.
It sounds like it is in the front of the 1999 Eurovan camper, but
could be under or near the front seating. I have tried
to rotate tires. Did not help. Got any ideas of possibilities.

Thanks

Could be a wheel bearing going bad.

Try to slalom the car (move the steering wheel left / right but stay in your lane) when you hear the noise... if the noise goes
away when you turn in one direction and comes back when you turn to the other, then a wheel bearing is bad.

Inner CV joints can cause noise under forward load conditions... the other possibility.
