Do you mean you have heat in the back part of the seat, but none in the seat, or heat in the rear seats and none in the front seats?

Does the heater control panel have dials or is it of the Climatronic design?
Either your Heater Flaps / Doors inside the heater box assembly are not moving correctly, the foam has come off of them or the heater core is plugged.

Sorry. What I mean is in the rear of the van the heater works just fine but when I turn the front heater on it blows cold. No heat

I understood that. You did not answer my question about the type of
heater panel.
This still stands:
Either your Heater Flaps / Doors inside the heater box assembly are not moving correctly, the foam has come off of them or the heater core is plugged.
