How do you remove the spark plug wires?

a good pair of needle nose 90 degree long handle pliers.

You have to be careful not to damage the insulation or you will end up with misfire codes and a rough running engine.

There is a specific tool for pulling the wires off of the plugs. Can be found on ebay... slightly different designs by different manufacturers.

Disconnect #1 and #4 injector plugs to get at #2 and #3 better.
