What make the turn signals don't work

Blown fuse, defective signal switch, defective electronic flasher, burned out bulb, cut wire, corroded connector terminals, . . . .

What have you checked so far? Both sides inoperative or just one side? You really didn't provide any information that can lead to a diagnosis.

Both side don't work ,and I can't locate the relay

The flasher is built into the hazard flasher switch assembly.
