Is the 0/2 even plugged in? You have 2 unrelated, different codes associated with that sensor. You also have an IAC code that has something to do with your idle problem that needs to be further troubleshooted.

all ok on the 02 sensor we have reason to beleive the EGR valve could at fault too can you tell us if this really dirty and how do we tell if it opens or closes as we cannot see anything happening while its dismantled and connected back up with it out nothing seems to happening,does the pin at the bottom of EGR go inside when open or come out?
