We have had problems on a vauxhall zafira after diagnosing fault codes down to throttle body / o2 sensor, the 02 sensor seems to be working fine we have reason to believe there is a fault still on the throttle body idle air control we are waiting for replacement of the car stalling after running short distance which means engine has flooded
EGR Light cant get it to out?

And why does that mean the engine has flooded? Remove the EGR valve and see if there is any carbon caught in the pintle preventing it from closing.

ENGINE FLOODS AFTER DRIVIING SHORT DISTANCE WAIT ABOUT 20MINS WE NOT SURE IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH THE EGR VALVE AS CODES WERE POINTING TO THE IDLE AIR CONTROL ON THROTTLE BODY O2 SENSOR WAS MENTIONED CAR WANTS TO GO BUT USING A LOT OF FUEL FAULT CODES P0135 AND P0130 AND LAST DIAGNOTIC CHECK WAS P0505
CAR STARTS RUNS OK FOR 10MINS MANAGMENT LIGHTS ON THEN CUTS OUT WONT START MANAGEMENT GOES OFF AND WONT START UNTIL THE LIGHT COMES BACK ON

Is the 0/2 even plugged in? You have 2 unrelated, different codes associated with that sensor. You also have an IAC code that has something to do with your idle problem that needs to be further troubleshooted.

All ok on the 02 sensor we have reason to beleive the EGR valve could at fault too can you tell us if this really dirty and how do we tell if it opens or closes as we cannot see anything happening while its dismantled and connected back up with it out nothing seems to happening, does the pin at the bottom of EGR go inside when open or come out?

OK, you're not listening so someone else can take over if they want.
