1999 Toyota Tacoma Window Will Roll Down Back Motor Does Turn Off Until Try

My window will roll down but will not roll back up. If I roll it down then the motor does not turn off until i try and roll it back up. Right now I have my window in the up position after taking my door panel apart and pushing it back up. What part do I need to replace? Is it the window motor or regulator?

i would replace both as an assembly.
