1999 Toyota Tacoma Needs Starting Fluid Get Started Mornings Idles Spits

Needs starting fluid to get it started in the mornings. Idles OK but spits and sputters at takeoff.
Runs alright at regular speed, but with a slight increase of speed it again spits and sputters.
