Check Engine P0446

I have a 99 Toyota Solara and my check engine light recently came on. I took it to AutoZone and they said it was trobleshooting code P0446 (evaporative emission control system vent control circuit fault)....what does this mean?....what should I do?

you need a real diag from a shop to determine the failure. they will use a scan tool, smoke machine and take voltage readings to determine the failures.
