brakes are locking up while driving

Hi. I have a 99 toyota solara sle with brake problems. The brakes were soft and the booster was hissing so we replaced the booster. The hissing stopped but then the lines wouldn't bleed properly. We replaced a brake line, then the master cylinder. Finally got it bled and drove for a day and a half and now it has started building brake pressure as I drive and the brakes lock up tight. We've tried re bleeding and even replaced the master cylinder again in case the last one was bad. No luck. Still locks up tight if you drive more than two blocks and we have to crack the line at master cylinder to let pressure out for it to release. I have no idea where to go from here. Any advice?

which brakes lock up front or back? yOu could have the wrong master cylinder or if it h as drum brakes in the rear that line could be hooked up to the front. alot of times though it is bad hoses on the front.

It's the front. The master cylinder has been replaced twice just in case. Both from autozone and looked right anyway. The hose on the drivers side is new too. Very grateful for any insight.

then replace the other side as well. other than looking at this it's kind of hard for usto give a definite answer. If this is the worng master or thelines are hooked up backwards and has drum brakes on rear there is aa check valve in teh master which would cause this. the front brakes don't have this or you may have an abs problem. If the brake light is on then have a pro run a scan as auto part scanners can scan abs units.

Check the adjustment between the brake pedal and booster. If there is insufficient clearance, the master cylinder would be partially engaged at all times resulting in the brakes locking up when fluids heats up.
