1999 Toyota Sienna power windows

after running the windows down they won't run all the way back up at once. sometimes it takes two or three tries to get it all the way up. Would it be the switch or the motor going bad.

If it goes down normally, the motor is okay. Try spraying Silicone Spray Lube in the front and rear rubber guides. Wash them down really good. It will evaporate and leave a film of "slippery" behind.
