does the gas pedal has to do with poor CV axle function or faulty transmission

Recently I have replaced the rear motor mount on my toyota sienna, Of course the mechanic had to remove the CV axle in order to remove the motor mount housing. Then the motor mount was pressed into the housing and reinstalled on the car. The Mechanic was not very familiar so he was struggling. After puting back together the car accelerator pedal is hard. And at stop light some time the car feels is locked and does not engage immediately for asecond. I have to press hard on the accelerator to get it moving. Also the break pedal feels stiff and hard. Is there any possibility of ruining the CV axle. Does these issues are linked?

The accelerator and late engagement are not directly linked to the engine mount but while performing the job, the accelerator could have been moved or tampered to enable access to the engine mount.

Check the accelerator cable for proper routing.
Check the transmission fluid level. If level is low, this could be related to the axle removal as fluid could have been drained and not correctly refilled.

If the Check Engine light is indicating, get a scan done to retrieve the trouble code.
