1999 Toyota Sienna A/F Ratio Sensor

75,400 miles. My mechanic told me that I needed to replace my Air Fuel Ratio Sensor (before cat). Is this any different from an Oxygen sensor? And if so, how?

people call it lots of different things but it is exactly the same part. it is an oxygen sensor
