Engine Oil

Can I dump the engine oil out and put it back in? (because I put too much, oil and I did not have the oil filter remover so I did not change the oil filter, and now I want to change it to a a new one)

You can-just make sure you put in the correct amount of oil.

But I didn't change the oil filter. Do I have to dump all the oil out?

I don't think it will hurt with a mixture of a 1/4 of qt dirty oil-your discretion at this point
