1999 Toyota Prado Replaced Failed Water Pump Also Done Timing Belt Same Time

replaced failed water pump , also done timing belt same time, all marks lined up ( rechecked several times ) manually checked no 1 piston was top of stroke ,now engine does not want run . Have checked all vacuum lines & fittings etc . any ideas ?

Got all sensors plugged in, i think that the can position sensor is in the front and is removed to do the belt.
