heater not getting hot

water level is normal,car starts and run ok temp gauge goes to normal and stays there,but the heater is not even getting warm in the car,the car sat on driveway for 3-4 years without being moved or started

check the heater water control valve to see if it's working/passing hot water thru.

there is no heat getting to the heater control valve or the radiator

are you saying you can drive car and the radiator does not get hot? i assume system is full?
