1999 Toyota Corolla is wet in the back on the floor and in the trunk. Not just wet but puddles of water as its been raining. Unable to tell where its coming in.

Check the trunk seal on that side of the vehicle. For it to get into both compartments, the leak is from the rear. If it leaked only in the passanger compartment, then the water couldn't make it into the trunk.
