i was driving to work this morning and my speedometer started fluctuating rapidly and at times just saying at 0mph this has never happened to me. my car is a Toyota corolla 1999 it also felt as if i was driving over a hill or on neutral i can assure you i wasn’t though i wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary please help!!

The first thing you need to do is take it to a auto parts store like auto zone and have them scan your computer for codes that is your starting point.Then let me know the exact code number you have.
