I was driving to work this morning and my speedometer started fluctuating rapidly and at times just saying at 0mph this has never happened to me. My car is a Toyota corolla 1999 it also felt as if I was driving over a hill or on neutral I can assure you I wasn’t though I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary please help!

The first thing you need to do is take it to a auto parts store like auto zone and have them scan your computer for codes that is your starting point. Then let me know the exact code number you have.
