My Toyota corolla ran fine, I parked it and a week later it won't start. Tried to jump it, nothing. Not even a clicking sound. Any advice?

Get the battery fully charged and get it load tested , this is the only way to test a battery for condition.

I put a new battery in, no lights, radio, nothing! Horn honks though. Just can't figure this one out! Some kind of fuse?
