I have Toyota corolla 1999 2.od Diesel I am too much worried because my car give me the problem clutch I repair my clutch within every month some time it gives me down kit problem some upper kit at the end I changed the whole clutch kit including cylinder but today clutch again loss its pressure ... please help

Was the master cylinder replaced?
Is the clutch to pedal adjustment correctly adjusted?
When there is pressure loss, does it occur gradually or just no pressure and builds if you pump the pedal a few times?
What is the condition of the clutch fluid, clean or murky?
