girl wrecked 99 corolla car so i replaced to core support and bumper as well as the condensor. the fans on the radiator arent on all the time like im used to in trucks is that supposed to happen? Also the drive lights stay on all the time and so does the drivers side headlight. but passenger headlight wont work at all

Are you getting power to the passanger side light? As far as the lights, I believe it has daytime running lights. If that is the case, they will be on. Finally, the fan is designed to come on when the engine reaches a certain temp.

im not getting any power to passenger side but am always getting power to drivers side

Have you checked the fuse / relay block under the hood for damage?
