Toyota 'check engine light' goes on while driving and engine wont rev. If you turn the engine off and start it again, the car runs smooth and revs well. What could be wrong? Please help!

You will have to go get the fault code set in the ECU (check light being on) go to any of the major parts retailers and they may do a free scan for you, post the codes here for further assistance.
