Weird noise from timing belt/water pump area

My Camry started to make some weird noise from timing belt/water pump area a few days ago. Timing belt and water pump were replaced in Feb/2011 with OEM parts.
I've also noticed that there is no noise when I cold start my car, it only starts after 10-15 min. idle as the engine warms up.
I can't describe the type of noise that my car makes, so I've just uploaded the video on the youtube, here is the link:

Noise seems to be serpentine belt related.

Splash some water onto the serpentine belt and test if the noise goes away temporarily.

Remove the serpentine belt and start engine to see if the noise goes away.
