vibrations coming from car

I have 99 toyota camry , for the last few months I have had a strong vibration and loud humming sound coming from the rear of the car .. It gets stronger as I speed up and decreases when I slow down. When I **** the wheel either left or right it stops .. What could it be ? Struts?

Symptoms constant with failed rear wheel bearings, have these checked first.
