do i start with oil change,tune up,and trans drain and fill

Any time I get a used car, I change all fluids (oil, trans, coolant...) so I know exactly when everything was done and when they should be done again. Also, if you have a shop you trust, you may want them to inspect the vehicle to make sure everything is safe and in good condition.
