i don't exactly know my problem why is my belt smoking?

its a 4 cyl theres two belts the one on the right that runs the a/c and alternator. the one on the left what does it run? thats whats smoking and my a/c light its blinking only when you turn the a/c on full blast. also my harmonic balancer wobbles something awful could that be a problem?

something is locked up smoking the belt. have a shop at least tell you the failure

It doesnt start smoking until I turn the airconditioner full blast. What is that belt?

Power steering belt.

If the harmonic balancer is wobbling, it is due for replacement. It can cause the smoking as well.
