My car has trouble starting in the mornings

It takes a long time for the car to start. Like 4 or 5 attempts and I need to pump the gas for it to begin. I also hear a gargling or rocks like noise in the engine especially when I am going slowly. I just had the starter replaced and the battery checked.

Check the coolant temperature sensor and fuel pressure if its within specs
