Hello, I have a 1999 toyota camry and the bolt in the idle pulley broke. the problem is that the bolt head broke and the rest is still in the block, how do I get it out without pulling the engine seeing as there is no room to get a drill in there to back the bolt out

IS THERE ANY OF THE BROKEN BOLT EXPOSED? VICE GRIPS MIGHT WORK IF THERE IS. IF NOT I DONT SEE ANY OTHER CHOICE NOT BEING ABLE TO LOOK AT IT. YOU MAY WANT TO GO TO A MACHINE SHOP WITH IT AND TALK TO SOMEONE THERE ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS.
