How many wires with tune up on 1999 toyota avalon?

I was referring to the wires for a tune up. Ive got 6 plugs and 3 wires. This seemed a little weird.

3 ignition coils are used which are mounted onto cylinders 2, 4 and 6. From these coils spark plug wires are routed to cylinders 1, 3 and 5. That is the reason only 3 wires are used.
