Have you checked compressions, done a full tune up, you should be starting here.

Yes I just check the level of
compression level guage the
sparkplugs everything I even try to
see if there is an air fluite by
pouring water on the manifule input

level but I have not check the timing
chain cause of damage

Check idle control motor function and make sure that there are no vacuum leaks.
