Cant get the rear brakes even.
the left works fine but the right doesnt follow. Have bled right wheel, exchanged both cylinder and brake pads on the right wheel, bled system at the right wheel again. Still able to turn the wheel by hand when the left is "locked" by the pressure.
Can it have something to do with the proportional valve at the rear?
Or is it more likely to be the master cylinder, or what?

When bleeding, do you have good fluid pressure?
Were the brake shoes adjusted correctly?

Seems normal when connected with vinyl tube.
Hard to say for sure.
The brake shoes were adjusted very tight.

Is vehicle equipped with ABS?
Have you tried running to allow the shoes to settle in first?

Check the shoe adjustment again. It would be good if you can test the fluid pressure at the wheel.
