First there is generally a special tool to remove the window crank if they are not elctric. Otherwise, remove all the pieces screded in around the door handle and on the door pull and/or arm rest and the swithc panel. These nee to be pulled off, to expose other screws that are helping to retain the panel. Sometimes you can remove switches this way and the electrical conncetor is simply snapped on and held in place by a push tab that you press or sometims pull, while dfisconnecting the electrical connection. It is a hunt and peck procedure. Once you have done this, there are plastic pins that hold it in place. You can get a platic pry bar from a parts store or just start pulling on the inner panel.
Almost always one or two pins get damaged. You can ge tgeneric replacements forrm the parts store in the, "HELP!" Section or over the counter. After the panel starts to come free it usually needs to be pulled up over the top lip and then it should be free.
Let mee know how it goes.
